Doctoral Student elected minority leader in Maine House of Representatives State Rep. Emily Cain, whose legislative district includes UMaine's Orono property, has been elected minority leader of the Maine House of Representatives.  Cain, who is a UMaine graduate, is pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership at UMaine.
