Attention Graduate Students: Make Your Room Selection for Stodder Hall Now!

Housing Services is now taking applications for graduate students wanting to live on-campus in Stodder Hall for the 2012-2013 Academic Year.  Information about the proposed graduate housing rates can be found here.

Students living in Stodder Hall have the following amenities available to them:

  • Local telephone service with voice mail (student provides phone)
  • Cable television service provided by Time Warner Cable
  • Computer and network jacks
  • Washers and dryers ($28 per semester in Laundry Funds is included in the room rate and is accessed through the MaineCard)
  • Vending area
  • Kitchen and Lounge space on each floor
  • Primarily graduate student housing
  • Limited space on the 3rd floor for older undergraduate students with approval from the Graduate school
  • Limited small single occupancy
  • Single room occupancy
  • Limited double room occupancy
  • Continuous Housing
  • Smoke-free
  • Faculty Member-in-Residence



There is a Graduate Center also available in Stodder, that creates a comprehensive support environment for all graduate students and is open 24/7. 

The Graduate Center offers:

  • Computer resources
  • Academic resources
  • Photocopy equipment
  • Social space
