Housing Services is now taking applications for graduate students wanting to live on-campus in Stodder Hall for the 2012-2013 Academic Year. Information about the proposed graduate housing rates can be found here.
Students living in Stodder Hall have the following amenities available to them:

Washers and dryers ($28 per semester in Laundry Funds is included in the room rate and is accessed through the MaineCard)

Limited space on the 3rd floor for older undergraduate students with approval from the Graduate school

There is a Graduate Center also available in Stodder, that creates a comprehensive support environment for all graduate students and is open 24/7.
