If your school will be submitting payment on your behalf, please send your registration form separately (and early) in order to avoid late registrations.  You may give your school a photocopied registration form to submit with payment.  This will greatly assist us in the timely preparation of conference packet materials and meal planning.

PLEASE NOTE:  The deadline for registrations AND cancellations is October 19, 2007.  After this date, registration fees are non-refundable and no-shows are still liable for the full registration fee. We apologize for the necessity of this rule, but headcounts are given to catering one week before the conference and the History Department is charged for that number of meals, whether registrants attend or not.
