ROOM CANCELLATION FEE NOTICE
The Room and Board License is an academic year license and the rates are payable in two installments, Installment 1 billed in July and Installment 2 billed in November. There are no refunds for cancellation after March 1.

Graduate Room Cancellation Fee Schedule for academic year 2011-2012
The room cancellation fee is $150 from May 1, 2011 to July 14, 2011and $500 from July 15, 2011 to August 29, 2011 for students who remain registered for classes.
Please note: Cancellation fees for students who remain registered for classes start at 30% of the academic year room rate beginning
August 30, 2011.
- Students who cancel during the academic year must vacate the residence halls within twenty four hours of room cancellation. Students who will not be returning to the residence halls for spring semester must remove all belongings from the room and properly check out with a Residence Life staff member no later than 5pm on Friday,
December 16, 2011.
- There is a one year residence requirement for first year students
- Board Cancellation: For students who remain enrolled and move out of the residence hall during the first four weeks of the semester will be charged for the value of the meal plan consumed, or the per diem rate, whichever is greater, an administrative fee of $150 and an additional $500 in dining funds for the student's use through the end of the academic year.
