ROOM CANCELLATION FEE NOTICE
The Room and Board License is an academic year license and the rates are payable in two installments, Installment 1 billed in July and Installment 2 billed in November.

Please note: Cancellation fees for students who remain registered for classes start at 30% of the academic room rate beginning September 2.
- Students who cancel during the academic year must vacate the residence halls within twenty four hours of room cancellation. Students who will not be returning to the residence halls for spring semester must remove all belongings from the room and properly check out with a Residence Life staff member no later than 5pm on Friday, December 18, 2009.
- There is a one year residency requirement for first year students
- In addition to the room cancellation fee, a $150 administrative charge applies for students with a meal plan. If the student remains registered for classes, the meal plan will be converted to $500 in dining funds, good for the academic year. Once the room cancellation fee, used meals, administrative fee, and conversion are charged, the remainder of paid room and board fees will be credited to the student account.
