Graduate Housing



Stodder Hall

Stodder Hall will house graduate students and non-traditional undergraduate students (25 and over) who come from wide-ranging backgrounds and academic interests.

General Information

  • 1st and 2nd floor will house graduate students
  • 3rd floor will house non-traditional students
  • 115 student capacity
  • Single room occupancy
  • Double room occupancy (a limited number available)
  • Continuous Housing
  • Smoke-free
  • Faculty Member-in-Residence
  • Guest apartment for prospective graduate students

Amenities

  • Free local telephone
  • Cable television
  • Computer and network jacks
  • Washers and dryers (for use with MaineCard)
  • Vending area
  • Kitchenettes on each floor

In partnership, The Graduate School and Auxiliary Services operates a graduate center that creates a comprehensive support environment for all graduate students. 

The Center will offer

  • Computer resources
  • Academic resources
  • Photocopy equipment
  • Social space

The Center will share space on the first floor with the

  • Graduate School (who are scheduled to move from their present location in Winslow Hall)
