General Room Signup Requirements for 2008-2009
1. Online Room Selection for upper-class students is now complete.
- If a current student missed any of the room sign-up sessions, please
apply on line at http://www.umaine.edu/housing/default.htm.
- Students without a roommate can apply online on April 17th and 18th to be assigned by Housing Services at a later date.
- Students who apply after April 18th will be placed on a waiting
list to be assigned after returning and transfer students are assigned.
- Off-Campus and returning students to UMaine who wish to apply for
2008-2009 housing and meals must contact the Office of Housing
Services for a Logon ID and password.
2. General Information

Academic Year Term: The Room and Board License is non-transferable and covers the entire academic year unless the student is leaving on a University sponsored program.

All residents, except Doris Twitchell Allen Village/Patch Hall are required to have a meal plan (board) for the same period.

Residence halls available for upper-class students are Aroostook (Choice Housing); Estabrooke (Continuous Housing), Hancock; Hart (Continuous Housing); Kennebec (Outdoor Adventure); Oak (Singles) and York.

Stodder Hall will house graduate students in single and double occupancy rooms.
