ODEE leads The University's initiatives to maximize the
effectiveness of its human resources and improve its operational
processes to better serve
the institutional mission and goals;
provides in-house consulting to academic, auxiliary, and
business unit leadership about training and organizational
development needs; provides advocacy for and facilitates the
development of work processes, services and training that create
work environments that value both people and productivity.

Consulting
with leaders in academic, auxiliary and business units to assist
in the development of plans for organizational improvement and
change.

Delivering
training programs, seminars, and conferences for leadership,
management, supervisory, technical and administrative support
personnel.

Providing
campus training and developmental resources for professional and
classified staff.
