The dental program available to you varies by your employment status. CIGNA insures the dental programs. Faculty must participate in the plan available to them; however, enrollment of dependents is optional. Other eligible employees may enroll in their designated plan, during Open Enrollment or after a family status change changes may be made. Forms are available in the Benefits Office.
