ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE - January 27, 2012

Due to the recent storm conditions, with the Inclement Weather Policy, administrative leave was declared during the following time:

** For non-essential employees, administrative leave began at 5:00 a.m. on Friday, January 27, 2012 to 5:00 a.m. Saturday, January 28, 2012.

** Essential employees (as defined by departmental Storm Day Operating Policies) are expected to report to work and should be paid in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement/University policy.  Administrative leave will be granted to those regular employees who are not designated as essential for storm day operations, but who were scheduled to work during this policy.

** For specific polices, please refer to the Handbook for University Supervisors and Confidential Employees, pages 47 and 46 (July, 2010 edition) with regard to non-represented classified employees; for represented employees please refer to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
