Robin Mishou
Records Technician 1
Cutler Student Health Center

The staff of the Cutler Health Center agreed that it was their great honor to express their admiration for Robin Mishou.  Robin is an esteemed member of the Health Information Management Team.  She did not hesitate in volunteering to assume the responsibility of student immunization record compliance. She exemplifies the meaning of dedication, honesty, respect, ethical standards, confidentiality, and compassion in every aspect of her professional career.

The following comments are a glimpse of the impact Robin has had on her, supervisors, co-workers, students, and their parents during her 25 years of service.

Supervisors:

Robin is dedicated, compassionate, consistently taking the extra
effort, she is truly an asset" to the University.

Co-workers:

Never complains, always providing accurate and excellent service to all
students, always a pleasant co-worker.

Parents:

Yes, I am impressed! I'd expected to wait another month for my credit balance. I repeat my apology for my barking at you in frustration. You're a good example of how one person in a bureaucracy can turn around a peeved customers' attitude. Your personal attention dims my anger… you are a good representative of the University.

These actual accolades are only a small representation of the many people Robin has positively impacted, assisted, and instilled a feeling a confidence that their situation is her number one concern and would be followed through without failure. Robin has been and still is a tireless ambassador for the University of Mane. Congratulations!  Thank you, Robin, for your 25 years of service and all you have given to the University and the many families you have positively influenced.
