Bobby has been a vital part of the Marketplace team. His value there is immeasurable. Professionally, Bobby has truly brought the Marketplace’s cuisine to a new level. He takes great pride in the food he produces by paying attention to detail and adding the finishing touches. He truly is inspiring!

Bobby is very dedicated to his profession, his colleagues and his friends. Bobby is always the first person to lend a helping hand when needed. When overtime is needed, he never objects!  He arrives at work everyday with a positive attitude and plenty of jokes. His peers always look forward to stopping by and talking with him or catching him in the kitchen for a quick joke or humorous interaction.

Thank you Bobby for all that you have done for the Marketplace and Dining Services. Just know that your 35 years of service to the University of Maine are truly appreciated.  We hope that there will be many more!
