Regina Conners
Customer Service Supervisor
Auxiliary Services
Regina is a person who truly enjoys working with others. Known as “that nice lady” in the coffee shop, Gina has a bubbly personality that always makes you leave with a smile on your face. Her persona grew when she was reassigned to M.C.Fernald and her faithful customers followed.
If you were one of the lucky people who got to know her, she informed you it was Gina, not Regina; this meant that she was letting you know that she accepted you as a friend! Black Bear Dining student employees love Gina’s motherly ways and respected her as a supervisor. The classified staff enjoyed Gina’s down-to-earth approach and appreciated her managing in a busy workplace.
Anyone who knows Gina knows that her family is her source of energy and laughter. With her many family tales and stories, she always took time to ask about the families of her coworkers. She often offered her support or an ear if it was needed. She is a kind and caring individual.
Gina is retiring after 13 years of Black Bear Dining and University of Maine service. Her colleagues and many friends will surly miss her and we thank her for all of the wonderful memories.
