Guests of honor will include retirees of the University of Maine who have ten years of continuous University service immediately prior to retirement and are at least 55 years old. Colleagues and supervisors are invited to join University leaders in honoring these retirees. (Who is eligible to be recognized?)

Each University of Maine retiree that is eligible to be honored at the Retiree Recognition Banquet receives a free gift of their choice as a thank you for their years of service.
