Outgoing Students - How To Get Started
1. Attend a General Information Session and/or Study Abroad Event.
2. Visit the Study Abroad Resource Room located on the 3 rd floor of The Maples (next to Winslow Hall). At the Resource Room, students can get general information about studying abroad as well as view catalogs and brochures of the different study abroad programs UMaine offers. Study Abroad Peer Advisors are ready to help guide you in selecting a program.
3. Once you have some ideas about where and when you want to study abroad, schedule an appointment with the Study Abroad Advisor by calling 581-1509. The Study Abroad Advisor's office is located in the Office of International Programs, 100 Winslow Hall.
