The CML has a range of equipment for in-lab and out of lab loan. Please browse through our selection below or contact a Consultant for more information.

In Lab Equipment Loans

Policy

  • All equipment must be borrowed through a CML Consultant
  • UMaine ID Card is given to a consultant for the duration of the loan
  • UMaine ID Cards are returned when the equipment is returned
  • All equipment must be returned after use and before closing time

Out of Lab Equipment Loans

Policy

  • Must show a UMaine ID to borrow equipment
  • An equipment agreement form must be filled out
  • All equipment is on loan for a 24 hour period (longer periods require manager approval)
  • Borrowed equipment must be returned to the CML before the time period elapses and checked in by a consultant
