Reporting a Problem - Course Tools

Students, you can report problems with WebCT, FirstClass, or BlackBoard with this form or you can call the IT Help Center (581-2506).

If you need assistance with your username, password or activation information for either firstclass or mainestreet (webct), please call the help center at 581-2506. We cannot assist you with passwords or activation information via email. If you have forgotten your mainestreet (webct) password you can reset it by going to the UMS User Account Management page.
