Application Support

Description The staff of the IT Help Center, the Computer Clusters, and the Collaborative Media Lab support all University provided software as well as all software available in each of our locations (See for software available in each location). We will support any other legally acquired software (that is not being used for an inappropriate purpose, such as the illegal distribution of copyrighted files) to the best of our ability.

Available To Faculty, staff, and students.
Benefits Our skilled support staff will help you with any issue you have with software in one of our locations as well as University-provided software on your own PC or Mac. If for some reason we cannot help you, we can generally point you in the direction of someone who can.

Getting Started In our Clusters or the Collaborative Media Lab, ask the consultant for assistance (during off-peak hours when the Union Cluster is not staffed, tech support is available over the phone and via remote tools unless otherwise noted). Elsewhere, call the IT Help Center at (207)581-2506 or visit us in 17 Shibles Hall and support staff will be happy to help you.
