Computer Repair

Welcome!
We are pleased to provide professional computer repair for the University of Maine and its affiliates.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Factory authorized warranty repair is provided for:

• Apple computer products.
• Dell and IBM computer products.
• Non-Warranty Hewlett Packard LaserJet printers.

Other Services

• Free computer hardware phone consultation.
• We sell, install and configure any computer accessory or upgrade.
• We can repair most computers out of warranty.
• We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Priority is given to data backup, warranty and new equipment installations.

Service Rates
As a UMaine Service we are able to offer very reasonable rates:

$20.00 minimum bench or estimate fee.
$45.00 an hour for in shop or carry in service.
$60.00 an hour for on-site campus work.
We provide on-campus pick up or delivery for only $10.00

We are glad to give estimates over the phone at no charge.
Remember that these exclusive prices are only for University of Maine Students, Employees, Alumni, and affiliates.
We are not permitted to work off campus or in dormitories.
