"Every man a man"

Designed to "prepare its members to be leaders for the world in which they will live," Lambda Chi Alpha has a mission to “inspire the highest level of character, values, scholarship, and service in each of its members.” This mission can be seen in anything the fraternity does. For example, Lambda Chi was the first fraternity to eliminate pledging with its associate member program and remains a leader in the “fight against hazing, alcohol abuse, and other challenges facing today's college student.”

Perhaps the largest benefit of joining Lambda Chi Alpha is the brothers themselves. With at least one "member's only" brotherhood events each week, Lambda Chi's can share a few laughs over a pizza but share the bond of brotherhood as well. as a model student organization, Lambda Chi Alpha serves to complement higher education by providing opportunities for academic achievement, leadership development, and perhaps most important of all: lifelong friendships.
