Conference rates will be extended one (1) day before and after the official meeting
dates, based upon availability.

group name "2009 Northeast Summer Joint Session" to receive the
group rate.
Parking:
- Parking is free to all registered guests of the hotel first.
Attendees who are commuting may park in the hotel garage based on
availability, also at no charge. An overflow needed for this event
will be at nearby parking facilities. The charges will be up to
the individual parking facilities, at the attendees' expense.
- The hotel will provide complimentary airport van service for
all attendees who are registered guests.
