Melissa Adle earned her MSW from the University of Maine in 2009. She has four years of experience assisting with research, grant writing, and program planning at the Center. Her areas of interest include kinship caregiving, online education, elder abuse prevention, and healthcare rights. She has also worked with children with mental and behavioral health needs in home-based, community, and wilderness settings. She and her husband built their own house where they now live with their three young children and several dogs.
