Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) Requirement
October 2nd, 2009If you are borrowing through a lender for the first time, you must sign an MPN (either electronically or on paper) with your lender in order for funds to be released to the University. If you are using the same lender as before (for returning students), your MPN is valid for 2009-2010. However, all Citibank borrowers are required to sign a new MPN this year.
