Current Position: Wahle Lab Intern

I currently work in the Wahle Lab on a multitude of different projects including; monitoring the behavior of fishes from Robinson Crusoe Island before and after a localized disturbance takes place through video analysis, assisting scallop fertilization experiments, and sorting through samples collected from settlement collectors and suction sampling. I am also involved with most of the field work, taking place as far away as Rhode Island, where we use SCUBA diving as a method to conduct visual surveys, suction sampling, as well as scallop and lobster collection dives. The work done in the Wahle Lab also demands that the animals we collect for research (scallops and lobsters) are maintained and fed regularly.
