Affordable Housing

Projects in this area address affordable housing issues for elders and persons with special needs.

Needs Assessment & Community Planning

The University of Maine Center on Aging, in partnership with a coalition of community partners, is conducting an on-the-ground assessment of housing and related service needs with elders and persons with special needs. The results of the assessment will then be used to plan for the future and identify solutions to pressing problems.
