2007 Student Newspaper Conference Winners
The Maine Center for Student Journalism announced the winners of the 2007 Annual High School Student Newspaper Contest during ceremonies held May 17 on the University of Maine campus in Orono. Students from across the state came to the Neville Hall auditorium to receive judges' remarks on the entries and awards for outstanding writing, layout and photographs. There were nearly a hundred entries in ten categories.
The following schools and students were presented with plaques and certificates for first, second, third and honorable mentions.
