To the 2005 University of Maine Mechanical Engineering Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) website. This website represents the third year of continued work on the AUV, with the ultimate goal of becoming competition ready for the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International competition. Top schools such as Cornell, Duke and Virginia Tech compete in this competition which involves designing the AUV to complete three specific tasks in the allotted time.
