Resident Requirements

Proper climate controls, adequate heating and cooling.

An inside temperature of at least 70^o F, but no higher than 76^o F
Humidity minimum 40% with a maximum of 50-55%

Proper clean cold and hot water supply.

To be determined in the design of the grey water heat recovery system

Ability to refrigerate food.
Ability to cook food.
Healthy amount of living space.

To be determined during the design of the ventilation system

Healthy level of lighting; natural and artificial.
Healthy amount of ventilation.
Playground.
Preservation of automobile free “Play Street”.
Adequate bike racks.

Size Requirements

48 one bedroom units. 2-3 person capacity.
46 two bedroom units. 3-4 person capacity.
22 three bedroom units. 4-6 person capacity.
Total capacity: 322-460 people.
