• Draft Midterm Report: December 14^th, 2007
• Determine ignition controller to supplement to MegaSquirt: January 24^th, 2008
• Finalize Design of sensor to produce crankshaft signal input to MegaSquirt: February 12^th, 2008
• Demonstrate the ability of engine to fire up and run on ECU: February 18^th, 2008
• Design paper due and MSRP sent to SAE: February 25^th, 2008
• Complete wiring diagram for ECU  February 25^th, 2008
• ECU installed in Yamaha with brackets and complete drawing package: February 26^th, 2008
• Prepare snowmobile trailer for trip to Michigan: March 1^st, 2008
• ECU installed and operating engine on dynamometer, needs not run well!: March 3^rd,   2008
• Load and configure Windows software on PC104 board and show it can communicate with MegaSquirt: March 5^th, 2008
• Power up VarTech heated monitor and interface with PC104 board: March 5^th, 2008
• Programming timing map and demonstrate change in horsepower: March 6^th, 2008
• Wire snowmobile to support gauge system (PC104, MegaSquirt, VarTech monitor) and run without any additional user inputs: March 7^th, 2008
• Wire MegaSquirt and supporting systems to stock Phazer harness and verify integrity: March 7^th, 2008
• Attend Clean Snowmobile Challenge competition: March 10^th,2007
• Lab Cleanup: Maine Day: April 29^th, 2008
• Open House -- Review of Projects: May 1^st, 2008
• Programming fuel map and demonstrate change in emissions: May 2^nd, 2008
• Once fueling and timing maps allow for proper engine operation, demonstrate catalytic converter light off and emissions data: May 2^nd, 2008
• Retest snowmobile on dynamometer for emissions and fine tune performance.  Program at least four curves that show the effect of ECU on emissions: May 2^nd, 2008
• Report on optimizing catalytic converter: May 6^th, 2008
• Report on E85 tuning May 6^th , 2008
