Creative Design at CAD Camp

Camper Designs

So what will you Creatively Design at CAD Camp? Use your imagination! To create the designs below campers started by building each of the pieces in a "wire frame," with just lines describing the edges of their designs showing. Then they added materials, such as wood or glass or water or even a picture of themselves to the design. They copied and scaled and rotated parts of their designs if they wanted to add items. Then they added lighting for shadows and reflections and a selected background to place their design on. Sound cool? IT IS!

The camper who created this still life of a set table with flowers in a cup also created a picture frame around her own photo in the background.	A camper designed a water-filled red metallic bucket with a gold rim and a cherry floating in it, then placed it on a tabletop with other glassware.
A camper designed this scene of bistro tables and chairs complete with glasses and plates.	A camper designed these electric guitars, added fire and ice colors to the bodies, and floated them in a pool of blue water.
This camper highlighted the transparency of a partially filled bottle and glass, and the reflections of the glassware on a polished marble tabletop.
