Fluidic I/O

A critical problem in microfluidic systems today is the eventually interface with the macroworld. Microchannels, pumps, and other microaccessories are virtually worthless without some means to connect to the external world to retrieve samples, reagents, etc. At MISL convenient fluidic I/O has been realized by micromachining silicon hexagonal microtubing to fit standard, commercial flexible tubing.
