By combining available micromachining technologies, MISL is working to provide practical fluidic microsystems. Fluidic channels, tubing I/O, pumps, reactors, and other fluidic accessories may be modularly combined on a single substrate through the use of Finger MicroJoints as demonstrated in the photograph.
