			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p dir="ltr">Several news organizations including the <a href="http://www.kjonline.com/politics/will-maine-revive-plan-for-climate-change__2013-04-05.html" target="_blank">Kennebec Journal</a> and the <a href="http://www.sunjournal.com/news/maine/2013/04/05/groups-tell-legislators-restart-climate-change-pla/1343838" target="_blank">Sun Journal of Lewiston</a> carried a <a href="http://pinetreewatchdog.org/groups-tell-legislators-restart-climate-change-planning/" target="_blank">Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting article</a> on the testimony of nearly a dozen of the state’s top environmental groups during a legislative hearing Thursday to urge the state to revive its climate change planning. Members of the University of Maine’s Climate Change Institute asked lawmakers to resume work on a report started in 2009 by the group that was designed to guide the state through challenges caused by climate change.</p>
