RENOVATIONS
The
Project consists of the renovation of occupied office space on the first
and second floors and unoccupied space on the second floor of Alumni
Hall. This renovation is expected to
impact approximately 7,000sf of the building and take place while the
building is occupied. Submittals

MEMORIAL
GYM & FIELD HOUSE RENOVATION CM@RISK
The Project consists of the renovation
of two adjoining masonry and steel buildings approximately 80 years old
which house the UMaine Athletics Department. The selected firm will provide CM services
on a project team in support of the design and construction as managed by
the Office of Facilities Management (FM).
The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks qualified firms to submit
proposals with the intention of providing CM services for the duration of
the project from initiation in 2012 to its anticipated completion in
2015. Statements of Qualifications
must be received prior to 2:00pm
on Friday, June 8, 2012.

COMPOST
FACILITY
The Project consists of a 1,300 sf wood-framed compost storage building with new gravel
access road, asphalt apron and electrical systems. There is one Additive Alternate bid item
for this Project. A non-mandatory
pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 1:30pm
in the FM Conference Room of the Service Building. Bids must be received prior to 2:00pm on Thursday, May 31, 2012.

ON-CALL GENERAL
FACILITIES & MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The
University of Maine is seeking sealed bids for the pre-qualification of
contractors to provide labor, equipment and materials for on-call general
facilities and mechanical maintenance services, which may include
construction, for projects below $50,000.
Bids must be received prior to 4:00pm
on Thursday, June 7, 2012.

ENERGY
ENGINEERING SERVICES
The
University of Maine desires to identify qualified engineering firms and procure
comprehensive energy engineering services for its energy and utility
infrastructure and systems. The
selected firms will provide these services in support of the Universitys
energy and environmental management program goals and objectives, as directed
and led by the Office of Facilities Management.
The
University intends to develop a short-list of highly qualified firms, which
it will consider for this work. The
University anticipates multiple firms may be pre-qualified across the broad
field of energy management and engineering services. All Qualifications Packages must be
received prior to 2:00pm
on Tuesday, June 5, 2012.
