ESTABROOKE HALL RENOVATIONS
The Project consists of the renovation
of the first floor and a portion of the second floor of Estabrooke
Hall to create classroom and office space.
Filed Sub-Bids will be required for electrical, HVAC and plumbing
trades and there are bid alternate items for this Project.
A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through
will be held at Estabrooke Hall, University of
Maine on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 11:00am. The walk-through will begin at the back
entrance of Estabrooke Hall.
Filed Sub-Bids must be
received at the Bid Depository prior to 3:00pm on Tuesday, April
30, 2013. General Contractor
Bids must be received at Facilities Management prior to 3:00pm on Tuesday, May 7, 2013.

MUNSON
ROAD REHABILITATION PHASE III
The Project consists of the
rehabilitation of approximately 550 lf of existing bituminous roadway at
the University of Maine on Munson Road.
The Work commencement date shall be no earlier than May 13, 2013. Work will be performed adjacent to
occupied buildings and the roadway may be closed through coordination with
Owner.

CROSBY
LAB ELEVATOR & ADA BATHROOM
The Project consists of the
installation of a new two-stop hydraulic elevator within the existing

TRACK
MATERIAL REMOVAL
The Project consists of the removal of
approximately 53,200sf of rubberized indoor track surface material from the
Field House at the University of Maine, Orono,
Maine. Environmental analysis has
identified detectable concentrations of mercury and the material must be
managed for removal and disposal as a hazardous debris regulated under 40 CFR 268.45. A Bid Alternate applies to this project.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting
will be held at the westerly entrance of the Field House on Thursday,
March 21, 2013 at 10:00am.
