Stormwater Management Program
Reporting Stormwater Incidents at UMaine

Stormwater that enters the Stillwater River and Penobscot River from UMaine’s stormwater management system flows directly to the rivers with out any treatment. It is very important that no one dump wastes of any kind onto street, walk and parking lot surfaces, drainage ditches, or down storm drains, as these are intended only for stormwater.

If you see someone dumping anything onto streets, walks or parking lots, or into storm drains and drainage ditches and swales on the University of Maine campus, please report it immediately by completing and emailing the Stormwater Incident Report form below or calling Facilities Management Work Control at 581-4400. Facilities Management will follow up on each report.
