Sleep Well
Tips
Try to go to
bed at the same time each night.
Never use
your bed as your desk. Do schoolwork at your desk.
Have a warm
drink (without alcohol or caffeine) at bedtime.
Take a warm
bath or shower.
Invest in
comfortable sheets, blankets, pillows and mattress if
possible.
Keep your
bedroom quiet in terms of noise levels and decorations. It
should not be over-stimulating.
Have the
right level of darkness for you.
If it's too noisy, try...
ear plugs
rugs
heavy curtains or drapes
relaxing music or tapes
fans
headphones
