HOW DO I APPLY?

  1.  You may request an application for renewal of your certificate from the PRASS office by phone (581-2438) or by mail (5766 Shibles Hall, University of Maine, Orono, ME  04469-5766). Application forms can also be downloaded from this website.

  2. Complete the application form and return it to the PRASS office.

  3. Following receipt of your application a review committee mentor/facilitator will be assigned to assist you with the renewal process.
