The card indicates the user should “Align the right bottom corner of mail piece to check barcode and address block locations.”
The barcode area is a 5/8-inch high strip starting at the lower right corner of the postcard and extending 3-5/8-inches to the left, labeled, “No printing in this area EXCEPT barcode.” Within this box is a shaded area that starts 3/10's of an inch from the right edge of the postcard, labeled “Barcode fully within this area.”
The address block is located 5/8-inch from the bottom of the postcard and 1/2-inch from the right edge. The left side of the address block is 3-1/2-inches from the right edge and the top of the block is 2-3/4-inch from the bottom of the card. Within the cross-hatched address block is the wording, “Entire delivery address within OCR read area.”
