Keys
Room keys are issued to each resident of Estabrooke Hall. All other halls have card access to the hall and room. Keys
must be returned when a room change takes place and at the time
of clearance. At checkout, room clearance paperwork must
be completed and keys returned to the Resident Assistant or Community
Coordinator.
Keys are not to be duplicated, loaned or left
in your residence hall mailbox.
Lost keys should be reported to your Resident
Assistant or Community Coordinator immediately. The replacement cost for a lost mailbox key is $5. The cost for a lock change (Estabrooke Hall only) due to a lost key or a key not turned in at check-out is $40, and is billed to the student account.
