to, painting, patching, light replacement and the repair of clogged drains. For

Elevators
Stanley Elevator currently services all elevators on campus. If the elevator
in your building is not working properly, please submit a maintenance request
(http://vivaldi.umerl.maine.edu/mrs/maintenance_request.aspx) or call Property Management at 207-581-4444 to report the problem.
If an elevator is stuck, do not attempt to
open the doors from inside. Always push the Safety Call
button for Public Safety. Public Safety will contact the
appropriate individuals for repair.

Washers and Dryers
Mac-Gray is the vendor that currently services all washers and dryers in the
residence halls and the laundry rooms at University Park Family Housing.
Please report any maintenance issues by submitting
a maintenance request or by calling us at 207-581-4444. If
you lose money on your MaineCard from a machine, please
contact Mac-Gray directly at 800-622-4729.

Vending Machines
Coca-Cola Bottling of Bangor supplies soft drinks in
the residence hall vending machines.
If you have a problem with one of these machines,
please call Property Management at 207-581-4444. If you lose
money, please contact Coca-Cola directly at 207-942-5546.
Athearn’s Food Products is the supplier
for the food and candy machines.
If one of their machines is not working, please
call Property Management at 207-581-4444. If you lose money,
please contact Athearn’s directly at 800-649-1931.

Furniture Repair
Property Management operates an upholstery shop for the prompt and efficient
repair of upholstered furniture in Auxiliary Services. Most new furniture
is purchased per design of the upholstery shop.
If a piece of upholstered University of Maine-owned
furniture is in need of repair, please call Property Management
at 207-581-4444 or submit a maintenance request.

Heating
Heating problems may be reported by submitting a maintenance request or by calling
Property Management at 207-581-4444. Or, contact the 24-hour hotline at 207-581-4040. |
