"Our Students Come First" The student is the most important person on
this campus. Without them, there would be no institution. We are
dependent on them. They are not to be hurried away so we can do our own
thing, they are our thing. They are not an interruption to our work, but
the purpose of it".
Hired on March 28th, 1982 he has held several positions. First as a foot
patrol officer working the residential areas, then as Crime Prevention
Officer and to his current position as Lieutenant. He is married and has
four children and two grandsons. He is on his second term as a member of
the Old Town City Council. In 2004 he served as the Chairman of the City
Council (Mayor).
