Ron Lisnet is the Manager of News Operations/Media Producer for University Relations. He is responsible for all aspects of video, audio and multimedia production for faculty, staff and student groups, as well as UMaine as a whole. Ron also is involved in planning, shooting and editing a variety of productions that are distributed to clients across campus, and the university’s Web site. In addition, he helps to coordinate the technical aspects of news conferences and events that happen on campus. Lisnet grew up in Westport, Conn. He has a forestry degree from the University of Maine and worked as sports director at WVII-TV in Bangor before coming to the university.
