"Coming from Maine, there's that stigma, but really, staying here, I've learned more coming to the university than I did in my two years in Boston. I really felt like I had an excellent education. I had wonderful opportunities to get involved in the field that I like--theatre and speech therapy and sports--anything. I really didn't feel at all like 'where can I do this? How can I do this in Maine?' I felt really supported and I thought there were a lot of opportunities here. I'm really happy with my education. I feel really prepared to move on. I felt welcomed and I felt that I fit in right away, and the largeness of the school that sort of overwhelmed me when I first got here sort of fizzled as the time went on."
