Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) - Meeting Schedule and Protocol Due Dates
Completed Protocol Review Forms must be received TWO weeks before the meeting date in order to be reviewed at that meeting. Protocols received late will be held until the next scheduled meeting. Please use the Protocol Review Form available on this site, as it will always be the most current version. Older versions of the form will not be accepted.
