Affiliated Musical Groups
The Maine Steiners is a small modern a cappella group made up of men from the University Singers. Started in 1958 as an extension of the Glee Club, they're more active than ever doing around 100 shows every year including those in cooperation with Singers. In 2007 they released their newest studio album, You Play the Guiro! and they are working towards a 50th Anniversary celebration this spring.

Renaissance is a small female a cappella group made up of women from the University Singers. Founded in 1999, 'Sance has grown fast competing in last year's ICCA's and taking first place in the Quarter-Finals. In 2007 they released their newest album Illuminate and went on their first tour.
