Steve's areas of interest in
research and teaching are:
social inequality; political sociology; modern sociological theory;
social movements; and survey design and analysis. Steve's research
projects include the adoption of innovations within organizations;
participation and involvement in social movements; and the determinants
of punitive attitudes.
