Full-time students are only admitted in the Fall of each year.

Part-Time Option
Students who are employed or have other extensive commitments are encouraged to consider part-time study. Part-time students complete the program in three or four years. Advanced standing in the MSW program is awarded to students who have earned a BSW degree from a Council on Social Work Education accredited program, have met the advanced standing admission criteria described in the admissions materials, and are recommended for advanced standing by the Admissions Committee. Applicants accepted with advanced standing status are required to attend two months of summer courses that provide new content and serve as a "bridge" to the advanced year of the MSW program. Daytime classes are offered during June and July. Advanced standing students are admitted into the MSW program for June of each year.
