This project is a Title IVE
collaborative between the University of Maine School of Social Work, the
University of Southern Maine Child Welfare Training Institute, and the
Maine Department of Human Services. The Title IVE funds support the
Child Welfare Field Instruction Unit in the Bangor office of the Bureau
of Child and Family Services. Annually, six to seven baccalaureate
students receive a stipend and participate in a specialized child
welfare curriculum and placement at the Bangor DHS Field Instruction
Unit.
