Senior Camp
Sunday, July 18- Friday, July 30, 2004

Each Senior camper will participate in either Symphonic Band, Concert Band or Chorus. Additional ensembles will include Jazz Bands, Combo and Musical Theatre. Campers may also participate in jazz improvisation, small ensembles, chamber groups, music classes, master classes, piano and guitar instruction. An off-campus recreational activity is planned for midweek of camp, as well as other organized events, including concerts by faculty and students.

Students entering 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades in the Fall of 2004 and those graduating in the spring of 2004 are eligible for MSYM Senior Camp.

General Information:

Accommodations for Senior camp will be in double dormitory rooms with supervision by experienced teachers and counselors. Dining facilities are conveniently located on the University of Maine campus. Medical concerns will be handled by qualified personnel. Commuting students are welcome to participate and will pay only the tuition fee.

Application Deadline is May 21, 2004.

Senior Camp Concerts:
Mid-Camp Concert - Sunday, July 25 at 2:30pm
Jazz Night - Wed., July 28 at 7:30pm
Musical Theatre - Friday, July 30 at 3pm
Final Concert: Friday, July 30 at 7pm

FEES for MSYM Senior Camp: 

Tuition - $300    

Room and Board - $350
