Research Catchments

Noland Divide watershed, a small catchment high in the Great Smoky Mountains, is a site where nitrogen cycling and saturation take center stage. The watershed has been studied since 1993. Atmospheric deposition research was also conducted in the Park as part of PRIMENet.
