A Food Safety Program for Quantity Cooks designed for volunteers who prepare, serve or handle food at any event. This two-part workshop will cover the following food safety concerns:

- Storing Food Supplies
- Preparing Food
- Transporting, Storing and Serving Cooked Food
- Handling Leftovers
